I'm Judah Sage, founder of Tru Dreads. My journey into the Natural Hair Industry and education started unexpectedly, with a desire to help my brother with his freeform locs. Over time, my family began relying on me for their locs and natural hair, and word spread in my community. As I began helping others, I became passionate not just about styling, but also educating people on maintaining healthy locs. My own experience with scalp psoriasis further fueled my interest in natural hair care.

With the support of my family, I launched my business, blending self-taught skills with wisdom from others in the industry. My mission is to create beautiful looks while educating clients on healthy locs and natural hair care, and to offer products that benefit the community.
